About Myself

My name is Toby Wilks, and I am a qualified homeopath and holistic medicine practitioner who studied at the College of Practical Homeopathy, where I learned the benefits of all the different methods of homeopathy, and the appropriate times at which to use them.

I am also a fully qualified hypnotherapist, and I offer a unique combination of the two treatments (homeopathy and hypnotherapy), which I have found work very well together in helping people to deal with, and resolve, the root causes of any problems that they may be presenting with, helping to bring them back to a state of good health.

I also incorporate herbs, vitamins, mineral supplements, and many other natural supplements, as well as glyconutrients, and dietary advice into my practice to help bring the body into a place where the homeopathic remedies will work a lot more effectively, and have a longer lasting, deeper effect.

I am also a member of the Complementary Therapists' Association.

I currently practice homeopathy from 3 different locations: Bournemouth, Lymington (within easy reach of New Milton, Milford, Sway, Everton, Hordle, the rest of the New Forest and Hampshire), and Southampton.

Professional Experience

I have had a lot of experience in dealing with many physical ailments, such as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), eczema, allergies / hay fever, arthritis, peptic ulcers, hormone imbalance, PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), dysmenorrhoea (period pains), male problems, and many more, as well as a host of mental / emotional problems, such as acute and longterm grief, general anxiety, performance anxieties, depression, fears, panic attacks, and long-standing anger, just to name a few (most of the time, emotional symptoms tend to accompany physical ones anyway). Also, having two young children of my own, I have had a lot of experience in dealing with common childhood illnesses, and babies' / childrens' health in general, as well as ailments during pregnancy (it is important to use a natural form of medicine for healthcare during pregnancy so that no toxicity is passed on to the baby).
